Matthew Ayres
Managing Director

Matt brings over 13 years of hands-on experience in civil infrastructure works to his role as Director. His journey began in the field as an operator, where he gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of construction operations.

Over the years, Matt has progressed to become an owner and manager of all civil operations, demonstrating his keen understanding of the industry and his ability to drive business growth.

Matt’s expertise lies in construction methodology, plant operations, and problem-solving.

Peter Barsby
General Manager

With two decades immersed in the Construction Industry, Peter brings a wealth of experience garnered from diverse civil infrastructure projects and programs, both domestically and abroad. His extensive background encompasses project delivery functions, commercial management, and business operations, all of which have contributed to his reputation in the field.

Peter’s leadership is characterised by his proven ability to navigate complex projects with finesse, ensuring successful outcomes for clients. Under his guidance, a team of highly engaged and experienced infrastructure professionals is poised to address the diverse needs of our clientele.

Educationally, Peter holds a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, and Project Management, further solidifying his expertise and commitment to excellence in the industry.

Matthew Grossman
Finance Manager

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Quantitative Business Analysis, Matthew brings extensive experience in public practice accounting, including financial reporting, taxation and commercial advisory services.

As Finance Manager, he oversees financial operations that underpin disciplined project delivery and sustainable business growth. He takes pride in contributing to projects that create lasting value for the communities they serve.

Jamie Pitman
Construction Manager

Jamie’s career spans 18 years across the building, civil and construction sectors, progressing from apprentice carpenter through to Construction Manager. His experience across major infrastructure projects throughout Victoria provides a strong foundation in practical leadership and disciplined project delivery.

Having worked his way through the ranks, Jamie leads with clarity, accountability and a deep respect for site operations. He values mentoring emerging leaders, strengthening team capability and contributing to a growing business driven by ambition and strong work ethic.

Carly Luke
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

Carly Luke supports the delivery of civil infrastructure projects through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and community relations.

Her experience spans the broader property and development lifecycle, including real estate, greenfields land development, construction and civil infrastructure. Carly works closely with project teams, government stakeholders, clients and local communities to ensure projects are delivered with clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.

With more than 20 years working in strategic communications, Carly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) and a Master of Communication (Digital Media) from Deakin University, as well as a Professional Certificate of Counselling from Monash University.

Sagar Tilwani
Estimating Manager

Sagar holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His career spans complex infrastructure projects across rail, road, water and marine sectors, providing a strong delivery-focused perspective within the estimating function.

Drawing on extensive project experience, he develops tender strategies that align commercial objectives with practical site realities and risk management frameworks. Sagar values the dynamic nature of construction and the strategic thinking required to turn successful bids into successful projects.

Nadene McDonald
HSEQ Manager

With 15 years of experience in civil construction, Nadene provides strong operational leadership across safety, quality and environmental management. Holding a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, she is focused on strengthening systems that support safe, compliant and high-performing worksites.

Driven by continuous improvement and a commitment to asking “why”, Nadene ensures processes are not only followed but understood and refined. Her structured approach supports regulatory compliance and operational excellence across projects.

Luke Carson
Senior Contracts Administrator

With over 20 years of experience in the residential building industry, Luke offers strong commercial and operational expertise across contract administration, estimating and project coordination. His background spans operations management, site supervision and contract negotiation, supported by an Advanced Diploma in Business Management.

Luke plays a critical role in maintaining commercial discipline and supporting the delivery of quality project outcomes across civil infrastructure works.

Lauren McCulloch
HR Manager

Lauren contributes more than 15 years of experience across people management, leadership and operations. With a Postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management from RMIT, she plays a key role in supporting workforce development and organisational capability.

She values building a collaborative culture where teams take pride in their work and support one another to deliver strong outcomes. The dynamic nature of the civil construction industry continues to drive her commitment to learning, growth and people leadership.

Kyriakos Panayides
Lead Supervisor (FRP & Structures)

Kyriakos brings more than two decades of experience across structural and construction works. He holds qualifications in Building and Construction Management and has worked extensively across steel fixing and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Committed to disciplined site management and quality structural delivery, Kyriakos leads teams with a strong focus on safety, accountability and long-term project integrity.

Bethany Taylor
Marketing Coordinator

Bethany supports the delivery of civil infrastructure projects through marketing, digital communications and content development.

Her role focuses on coordinating day-to-day communications activities including website updates, social media management, project content creation and internal communications. Bethany works closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely information is shared across digital platforms and communication channels.

Bethany holds a Bachelor of Business (Public Relations and Event Management) from Deakin University. She previously worked in the Northern Territory as Communications Coordinator for Roper Gulf Regional Council, managing communications across infrastructure projects and community initiatives delivered across remote Aboriginal communities throughout the Roper Gulf region.
